What they need
Key Responsibilities:
Design and coordinate HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical systems.
Supervise site personnel and subcontractors during system installation and testing.
Handle mechanical estimation, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Qualifications:
Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Professional Mechanical Engineer (required)
With 2–3 years of experience in commercial fit-out or building services projects
Experience in HVAC, ventilation, and mechanical system design
Knowledge in estimation, BOQ preparation, and material take-offs
Capable of handling design coordination, site inspection, and project execution
Experience in supervising manpower and subcontractors
With Safety Certification (COSH) is required
Experience in Design & Build projects is an advantage
