Responsibilities Make an impact Primary goals for this role include:

• Lead the design and development of mechanical components and subsystems, translating requirements into effective automated solutions
• Own the delivery of assigned project scope, including design, implementation, testing, integration, and documentation
• Analyze and challenge requirements to ensure robust, efficient, and compliant technical solutions
• Produce technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project delivery targets
• Support testing, validation, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
• Contribute to system design decisions and perform design risk assessments
• Define technical specifications for procurement of project-related equipment

Application Requirements What you need to succeed To be successful in the role we are looking for:

• Around 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Knowledge of mechanical components and subsystems;
• Deep understanding of automation design and architecture;
• Good knowledge of English language
• Good knowledge of 3D design tools (CAD)
• Knowledge of pneumatic systems;
• Knowledge of and experience with additive manufacturing (3D printers);
• Experience in using PLM and ERP;
• Understanding of automation design and architecture.
