Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production and manufacturing activities.
• Work on spark plug assembly and production processes.
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Ensure proper handling and assembly of components.
• Follow 5S practices at the workplace.
• Support implementation of 4M change principles.
• Coordinate with team members to achieve production targets.
• Maintain production-related records and reports.
• Use SAP MM and MS Office for relevant operational activities.
• Identify and report quality or production issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Freshers are eligible.
• Good understanding of production/manufacturing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of quality and safety practices.
• Knowledge of 5S, 4M and SAP MM will be an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Basic proficiency in English and Kannada preferred.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
