• Assist Lead Mechanical /Process Engineers in design, installation, commissioning and technical support on engineering projects, or existing operations to deliver installations on time and to budget
• Support Lead Mechanical /Process Engineers on the preparation of engineering drawings and designs.
• Assist Lead Mechanical /Process Engineers in the preparation of feasibility studies, designs and budget estimates for capital schemes
• Ensure full documentation of all projects and systems.
• Equipment and process designs developed to achieve desired operational performance at minimum [overall life cycle] cost 任职条件：
• Ability to produce working models using AutoCAD and Inventor
• Working knowledge of SG and GMT safety management system and standards.
• Trained to EEM Foundation level
• Well English Listening, Speaking, and Writing
• Understanding of some calcination methods, material drying and grinding
• Powders, bulk solids handling
• Basic thermodynamics (heat and mass balance)
• Developing knowledge and understanding of gypsum chemistry and testing
• Gas and burner safety standard – basic understanding of EN746
• Conceptual awareness of ATEX and Legionella
• Developing an understanding of gypsum chemistry and testing
• Mechanical design skills to propose solutions
• Working understanding of principles of CFD, FEA
• Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or similar discipline
