Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting engineering projects, preparing technical documentation, conducting technical investigations, and delivering practical engineering solutions. Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the construction machinery industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and delivering engineering projects.
• Proven ability to prepare high-quality engineering documentation, technical reports, and engineering assessments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis, technical troubleshooting, and developing evidence-based solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders while supporting engineering and compliance objectives.
• Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and a genuine passion for engineering.
• Holder of a valid Hong Kong Driving Licence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD.

• 對工程工作充滿熱誠，具持續學習及自我提升的意願。
• 持有有效香港駕駛執照。
• 熟悉 Microsoft Office 及 AutoCAD 軟件操作。
