Job Summary

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous operation of mechanical equipment, utilities, and production systems. The role oversees preventive and corrective maintenance, supports engineering projects, and implements mechanical improvements that enhance productivity, equipment performance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is preferred

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Experience in mechanical maintenance, industrial operations, manufacturing, or building facilities is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in preventive maintenance, rotating equipment, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, boilers, conveyors, and industrial machinery

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, AutoCAD is an advantage

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment and plant utilities

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime

• Diagnose mechanical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective actions

• Support engineering projects, equipment upgrades, and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining complete maintenance documentation
