About The Role

R-TECH GLOBAL (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanical Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative mechanical engineering projects and solutions. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a vital role in the design, development, and optimisation of mechanical systems and components, directly supporting the strategic objectives of our organisation. This role offers the chance to work on diverse projects whilst collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience In SOLIDWORK, AUTOCAD, 2D, 3D & Assembly Drawings For Robotics & Automation System
• Generate 3D CAD File, Detailed Drawings (Based On Engineering Ethic) & Specification, Prototyping & Product Manufacturing Support As Required By Customer
• To Design / Conceptualise Based On Customers' Requirement & Specification
• Perform Hands-On Mechanical Assembly, Installation, Modification, Fitting & Alignment Of Machinery & Automation System
• Carry Out Machine Setup, Testing, Troubleshooting And Rectification During Assembly, FAT, Installation & Commissioning
• Coordinate & Supervise Installation, Testing & Commissioning Activities At Customer Sites
• Create Project Documentation Such As Drawings, BOM, Technical Specifications, Operation & Maintenance Manual For The System
• Work Closely With Robotics, Electrical & Software Teams During System Integration, Testing And Commissioning

What We're Looking For

• Diploma Or Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Engineering Discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. We value passion, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude. Comprehensive training will be provided.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, pneumatic systems, or industrial automation is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel locally and overseas for machine installation, commissioning, and technical support.
• Comfortable working at customer sites, including occasional overtime and weekend work when project schedules require.
