Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our engineering team in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design and engineering skills, with experience supporting product development, equipment design, and engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and modify mechanical components, systems, and equipment.
• Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Perform engineering calculations, analysis, and design evaluations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to support product development and project execution.
• Identify design improvements and provide practical engineering solutions.
• Support prototype development, testing, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Review designs for performance, reliability, manufacturability, and safety.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing teams when required.
• Investigate technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and project records.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional mechanical engineering experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design and engineering principles.
• Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar CAD software.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical components.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with equipment, machinery, industrial, or manufacturing projects.
• Familiarity with GD&T and engineering standards.
• Experience with FEA or other engineering analysis tools.
• Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, or related industry standards.
• Experience working with vendors and manufacturing teams.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
