Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify design requirements and create prototypes for injection moulding processes.
Conduct DFMEA (Design Failure Mode Effects Analysis) studies to ensure product reliability and performance.
Develop PFMEA (Process Failure Mode Effects Analysis) documents to mitigate potential issues during manufacturing.
Experience in First Article Inspection (FAI), supplier qualification, and Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) management activities.
Strong knowledge of GD&T, tolerance stack-up analysis, and engineering drawing interpretation.
