Mechanical Engineer

INGROUP , on behalf of its client, is looking for a mechanical engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

· Supervise and coordinate mechanical works on construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and applicable standards.

· Review mechanical designs, drawings, technical submittals, and method statements to ensure technical accuracy and constructability.

· Monitor project progress, quality of execution, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

· Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines for the smooth execution of works.

· Support procurement activities by reviewing technical offers, material specifications, and equipment selection.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements throughout all project phases.

· Prepare technical reports, site documentation, progress updates, and as-built records as required.

Requirements:

· Degree in Mechanical Engineering and membership in the Technical Chamber of Greece (TEE).

· Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering roles within construction, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.

· Proven experience in the supervision, coordination, and execution of mechanical installations and systems.

· Strong understanding of mechanical systems, technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project documentation.

· Experience in site engineering, project coordination, and contractor/subcontractor management

· Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).

· Proficiency in MS Office and engineering/design tools such as AutoCAD; familiarity with project management software will be considered an asset.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project environments.
