MECHANICAL ENGINEER

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in HVAC / MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical services, and MEP coordination.
• UAE/GCC experience will be an advantage.
• Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage site responsibilities.
• Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred.
• Candidates who can join immediately or with short notice will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC and MEP mechanical works at project sites.
• Review mechanical drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with electrical, plumbing, civil, and other MEP teams.
• Monitor HVAC installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure all mechanical works are executed according to approved drawings and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality and safety standards are maintained.
• Prepare and review material requirements, technical reports, and site documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Identify and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and mechanical systems.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the required schedule.
• Ensure compliance with UAE standards, HSE requirements, and company procedures.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
