Position: Mechanical & Electrical Engineer

Mahadhatu Industry is looking for a skilled and motivated Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, installation, operation, maintenance, and improvement of mechanical and electrical systems, equipment, and industrial machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, inspect, install, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment and systems.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of machinery, motors, pumps, compressors, panels, and other industrial equipment.
• Identify equipment faults, analyze root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
• Monitor machine performance and ensure reliable and efficient operation.
• Prepare maintenance schedules, technical reports, equipment records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical, mechanical, safety, and quality standards.
• Assist in new equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.
• Maintain adequate spare parts, tools, and technical resources for maintenance activities.
• Follow company safety procedures and promote safe working practices within the workplace.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• Knowledge of industrial machinery, electrical systems, maintenance practices, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, and technical documents.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.
• Practical industrial experience will be an advantage.
