Mechanical Engineer

What you'll be working on

• Preparing, designing, and reviewing technical drawings using AutoCAD for Mechanical HVAC, Fire Protection Systems, and other Mechanical As-builts Plans.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities in the mechanical sector.
• Present and promote mechanical services to prospective clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and quotations.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of mechanical projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess project needs and ensure compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of technical drawing using AutoCAD or other CAD software 2D and 3D.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in mechanical sales/project management.
• Background in Estimates, Project Management and Construction is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills to work and negotiate well with teams and clients
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Knowledge in Mechanical HVAC and Fire Protection System.
• Demonstrated design experience in Mechanical HVAC and Fire Protection Systems is required.
• With COSH Certificate
