About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Mechanical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end design, analysis, and implementation of custom mechanical systems and production automation equipment. You will serve as a bridge between customer vision and technical execution—designing robust solutions for new projects, repeat builds, and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards for safety, cost-efficiency, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Concept & Detailed Design: Prepare concept drawings, layout designs, and detailed models for new customer projects, repeat builds, and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives.
• BOM Establishment & Management: Generate, verify, and maintain comprehensive Bills of Materials (BOM) for mechanical assemblies and automated equipment.
• Vendor Selection & Procurement Support: Evaluate, select, and collaborate with vendors and component suppliers to source quality materials, fabrication services, and standardized parts.
• Cost Control & Budget Management: Drive cost awareness throughout the design lifecycle, actively monitoring project costs (Budget vs. Actual) to maximize margin without sacrificing performance or quality.
• Root Cause Analysis & Continuous Improvement: Utilize 4M Analysis (Man, Machine, Material, Method) to troubleshoot design/production challenges, eliminate inefficiencies, and champion continuous improvement across operations.
• Customer Collaboration & Satisfaction: Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, present design concepts, address feedback, and ensure overall customer satisfaction upon project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on engineering experience within the manufacturing industry.
• Technical Focus: Proven experience handling, designing, or integration-testing production automation equipment and industrial machinery.
