Mechanical Engineer

Overview: This role focuses on designing, installing, and supervising building systems for residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects across Lagos (e.g., Lekki, Ikoyi, Ikeja).

· Key Responsibilities:

o Design mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems using AutoCAD or Autodesk Revit MEP.

o Coordinate and supervise mechanical subcontractor teams and site technicians.

o Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with approved blueprints, safety standards, and local building codes.

o Prepare material schedules, technical drawings, cost estimations, and progress reports.

· Requirements:

o Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering.

o COREN registration or NSE membership (often preferred).

o 3+ years of proven experience in plumbing, fire protection, or HVAC site installations.

o Proficiency in CAD/BIM software.
