MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, supervision, and monitoring of mechanical works and construction activities, ensuring that projects are completed according to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring mechanical construction and installation activities.
• Supervise and monitor mechanical works at the project site.
• Ensure that mechanical works are carried out according to approved plans, drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor the quality and progress of mechanical works.
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project personnel.
• Assist in preparing technical reports, progress reports, documentation, and other engineering records.
• Review mechanical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Assist in material take-offs, equipment requirements, and preparation of project materials.
• Monitor project schedules and provide updates regarding work progress.
• Identify and report technical concerns, delays, and other issues encountered during project implementation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Perform other mechanical engineering-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage but not required.
• With or without relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical construction, equipment installation, piping, fabrication, and industrial works is an advantage.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications is an advantage.
• Willing to work on-site and be assigned to project sites when required.
• Willing to work in a construction/industrial environment.
• Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and develop technical and project management skills.

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
