What they need
China State Construction is recruiting Plumbing and HVAC Site Engineers to join our construction team in a high rise tower project in Dubai, UAE.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling daily site activities of precast work.
- Recording all site activities data and maintaining site daily report in professional manner.
- Preparing and conducting daily inspections.
- Overall monitoring all trades in terms of progress, quality, HSE and cost controlling.
- Coordinating between different trades to ensure smooth site progress.
- Any other tasks assigned by Construction Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 Years of work experience
