Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated Mechanical Engineer to create innovative and reliable machine solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing customized process machines, automation systems, and integrated production lines that meet specific customer needs. You will work closely with our Sales, Project, and Production teams to turn customer requirements into manufacturable designs — from concept to commissioning. You will also be key in developing precision spare parts to support our clients' operations.

This position is available in Sidoarjo, East Java.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Energy Conversion Engineering

Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in mechanical design for customized machines, manufacturing equipment, or system integration

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in Autodesk Inventor
• Strong understanding of industrial automation
• Proficient in mechanical element design calculations and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) estimation

Communication: Good interpersonal and communication skills. Able to present technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Mindset: Detail-oriented and problem-solver

Willing to travel for business as required
