Mechanical Engineer

1. Work Order & Maintenance Coordination

• Collect all Job Requests (JR) submitted via Google Drive.
• Generate corresponding Job Orders (JO) and issue them promptly to assigned mechanics.
• Receive instructions and confirmation from the Chief Mechanic when maintenance work is completed and ready for release.
• Coordinate directly with SBUs regarding status updates and release of repaired units.
• Compile and distribute completed Motorpool and repaired unit reports to designated Viber groups.
• Follow up following service or repair visits to inspect vehicle condition prior to deployment.

2. Fleet Scheduling & Resource Planning

• Monitor and control work schedules and rescue procedures across all specialized technical teams: Mechanic, Under-chassis, Auto-electric, Welding, Piping, Tire, and Paint Services.
• Ensure all labor, specialized tools, and replacement parts required for scheduled maintenance are prepared and available well in advance.
• Verify that all approved scopes of work are clearly projected and reflected on the job order.
• Communicate work-in-progress across teams to ensure timely completion of progressive repair activities.

3. Fleet Compliance & Visual Standards

• Manage unit sticker tagging and compliance markings across all vehicles, including:
• Reflectorized safety tape
• Company logo and address branding
• Vehicle head numbers and safety warning signs
• LTFRB compliance stickers
• Plan and convey all daily/periodic safety inspection assignments to maintenance personnel.

4. Recordkeeping & Inventory Controls

• Ensure strict adherence to core motorpool operational standards:
• Associate all vehicle repair concerns with a formal Job Request.
• Encode all incoming Job Requests into the tracking system.
• Maintain and update the Truck Master File (Capacity/Inventory) in coordination with relevant departments.
• Submit the updated Truck Master File daily to the Business Operations Head.
• Meticulously inspect and log all inbound and outbound trucks.
• Secure proper approval for the withdrawal of controlled fleet items (distilled water, tires, batteries).

Pay: Php19,630.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
