What they need
- Conduct scheduled inspection and maintenance of Sprinkler, pump and control systems
- Diagnose operational issues and conduct testing (flow, pressure, alarm)
- Prepare and submit detailed inspection reports and maintain records.
- Develop and update accurate as-built drawings of existing systems.
- Submit Material Requisitions (PR/MR) at least 1 week in advance.
- Prepare quotations for repair works, part replacements, and system
- Ensure compliance with fire safety codes (NFPA) and client safety.
- Monitor inventory, prepare accurate progress reports, inspection records, and site logs.
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
