Qualifications of a successful candidate include:
· Bachelor or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
· 2-5+ years of experience in engineering.
· Experienced with diesel engines and/or exhaust aftertreatment development.
· Experience with Coating and substrates technology and chemistry is a plus.
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Action oriented with ability to work with minimal supervision
· Motivated to solve problems and develop quality solutions in a timely manner
· Ability to successfully collaborate with global and cross-functional colleagues
· Innovative mindset with customer focus
Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
