Mechanical Engineer

Design and develop precision mechanical structures for optical communication automated test equipment.

Develop high-precision motion platforms, optical alignment mechanisms, temperature-control modules, probe modules, machine structures and tooling fixtures.

Conduct structural mechanics, thermal deformation and vibration analysis to support micron-to-nanometre-level alignment accuracy and long-term equipment stability.

Coordinate with machining suppliers and follow up on parts fabrication, prototype assembly and commissioning.

Troubleshoot structural design, manufacturing and process-related issues.

Prepare and maintain mechanical drawings, BOMs and assembly/process documentation.

Collaborate with commissioning and testing teams to verify prototype performance and continuously optimise mechanical designs.

Support the engineering team with mechanical process optimisation and troubleshooting during mass production.
