About the role
Manage mechanical maintenance and repair of machines and production equipment at the Ayutthaya Factory Maintenance Department.
Key responsibilities
- Manage mechanical maintenance and repair of machines and production equipment
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
- Design, modify and improve machines, parts and tooling to support production
- Support machine improvement activities for quality and productivity improvement
- Support utility systems and energy-saving activities
- Analyze machine problems and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare maintenance reports and follow up improvement activities
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance team members to achieve department targets
- Support ISO and environmental activities related to the work area
About you
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience in mechanical maintenance, machine improvement and utility systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good computer and English skills
- Good leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure
