Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

Field: Material Handling System & Environmental Protection Equipment for Power Plant & Co-Generation Plant.

• Assessing project requirements through analysis, identify the scope of works & able to design P&ID based on customer requirement.
• Creating plan & design of the equipment using CAD / CAM.
• Estimating the budget and breakdown time duration of every projects
• Supervising equipment installation according to the technical drawings & company standards.
• Project time scheduling and monitoring the progress of construction. Preferred to use MS project
• Keeping clients informed of the project progress daily, writing daily reports, documentation, acceptance tests report.
• Collaborating with project manager & other engineer
• Troubleshooting & technical support.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) majoring in Mechanical Engineering. Post Graduated will be advantage
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in EPC project with last position as Mechanical Engineer.
• Have experience in engineering work in Coal Fired Power Plant , Pulp & Paper Industry, Cement Industry and/or Steel Smelter Plant.
• Having good understanding about Mechanical Engineering standard (ASME, ANSI, ISO, SNI)
• Resourceful & skilled in operating CAD/CAM Software and willing to learn new design software.
• Can read & understand mechanical technical drawings, P&ID, assembly drawing, general pipe arrangement, detail drawing. Equipment such as : conveyors, pressure vessels, piping & elbows
• Understand the basics of on-site work safety. AK3 Certificate shown will be an advantage
• Good communication skills, able to work in a team and able to work under pressure, critical thinking, and takes the initiative.
• Fluently speak, read, & write in English. Able to speak & listen Chinese is a plus.
• Willing to be assigned for a business trip to any location in Indonesia and abroad (Southeast Asia Countries)
