Mechanical Engineer

Now, we’re looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and develop mechanical systems for remote control and smart devices

· Define solutions that integrate mechanics with electronics and software (mechatronics)

· Participate in defining the technical design of new products, focusing on functionality, reliability, and lifespan

· Collaborate with industrial designers, and electronic and software engineers to ensure mechanical components support product requirements

· Create physical prototypes using 3D printing or other rapid manufacturing methods

· Conduct usability, functional, endurance, wear, and stress testing on products

· Adjust the design based on feedback from testing and the quality team

· Produce detailed technical drawings and manufacturing documentation

· Continuously evaluate product performance and propose improvements (design for manufacturing, cost reduction, assembly efficiency)

· Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues reported by production, maintenance, or customers

· Oversee the transition from prototype to mass production

· Provide technical specifications and support to suppliers and subcontractors

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering

· 2+ years of experience in a similar role

· English C1 minimum

· Strong 3D modelling and CAD skills (PTC Creo preferred)

· Solid knowledge of materials, tolerancing, and manufacturing and assembly processes

· Experience with mechanical sizing and structural analysis (FEM/FEA)

· Ability to produce and interpret detailed technical drawings

· Experience working in multidisciplinary teams

· Availability to travel to suppliers

· Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage deadlines and priorities

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

· Always eager to learn and improve

Nice to have:

· Experience with plastic injection moulding and DFM/DFA

· Experience working with overseas suppliers
