Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, corrective maintenance, preventative maintenance, proactive maintenance, shift management, and mechanical maintenance tasks to ensure optimal plant operations.
• Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for maintenance procedures, schedules, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during all aspects of work.
