Job Description

Civic Builders is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of UAE experience in the construction industry to join our team in Sharjah.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical installation works at the project site.
• Ensure all mechanical works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with project managers, civil engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review mechanical drawings, material submittals, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of mechanical works.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Coordinate mechanical services, including HVAC, plumbing, drainage, and firefighting systems, as applicable to the project.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, site execution, and technical drawings.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and other building services.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.
