Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities: Develop testing processes and validation of new designs. Perform engineering calculations to support design work. Create and review technical drawings, plans and specifications using computer software. Perform detailed reports and documentation to track project development and design process. Ensure project timeline is met and project stays within budget. Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices and engines. Liaise with suppliers. Provide technical advice. Analyse and interpret data. Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement). Evaluate final product s overall performance, reliability, appearance, function, security and safety. Alter and modify design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions. Design systems and components that meet needs and requirements. Analyse problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them. Conduct experiments and evaluations to improve and innovate product designs. Identify, formulate and produce effective solutions to emerging problems. Prepare product reports and documentation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: Mechanical Engineering degree or related field. 3-5 years of experience working in engineering. Good knowledge in standards and codes. Outstanding IT skills (AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit MEP, Office). Experience in design: water supply, drainage, firefighting and HVAC. Ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics. Fluent in English. Strong project management and organizational skills. Problem solving and decision making skills. Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner. Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.
