Job description:

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI); establish and continuously optimize production techniques and workflows.
• Perform cost calculations and quotes for Control Panels (UL 508A standard), Junction/Control/Filter Boxes, Sub-assemblies (Thermocouples, RTDs, Wire Harnesses), and CNC machined products.
• Design manufacturing routings to ensure process integrity, efficiency, and full production traceability.
• Generate 3D models, create/review 2D manufacturing drawings, design control panels, and develop functional electrical schematics.
• Support product and process qualification, functional testing, and on-site electrical installation.
• Assist production with product configuration, continuous improvement, and assembly fixture design.
• Support material sourcing, draft standard Work Instructions (WIs), and manage engineering data via the ERP system.
• Support system development and carry out other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

• Manufacturing process such as Router, Word Oder, configuration the products
• Experience with Inventor/ Solidworks, Autocad/electrical AutoCAD/ Corel to design
• Experience with Wire harness, control panel, temperature sensor (Thermocouple, Resistance Temperature Detector)
• Machined (CNC) products such as machining method, GD&T based on dwg, review dwg and Heating Solutions
• Familiar project for building control panel that relates to IEC/ UL508A
