Mechanical Engineer

Location: Northern Emirates
Project: Infrastructure / Water Pipeline & Utility Network Works

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Engineer with strong hands-on experience in pipeline installation, construction, testing and commissioning. Candidates with previous FEWA / EtihadWE (EWE) project experience will be given preference.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
✅ MOE Equivalency Certificate is required

Key Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in mechanical infrastructure and pipeline projects

✅ Strong hands-on experience in water pipeline installation, pipe laying, jointing, hydrostatic testing, flushing and commissioning

✅ Experience in DI, HDPE, GRP and MS pipelines, including associated fittings, valves and chambers

✅ Previous FEWA / EtihadWE (EWE) project experience is highly preferred

✅ Good knowledge of pipeline routes, trenching, bedding, backfilling, approved drawings, method statements and site execution requirements

✅ Ability to supervise pipeline installation activities and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams

✅ Experience in preparing material submittals, inspection requests, daily progress reports and project documentation

✅ Good knowledge of HSE requirements, QA/QC procedures and relevant authority standards

✅ Valid UAE Driving Licence is preferred
