Position Name - Mechanical Engineer

Education:- Graduate in Mechanical Engineering

Should have 5-8 years of exp. In the Mechanical Maintenance in the chemical plant.

Should be Himachali ( preferrable)

Core Responsibilities:

1. To plan, direct, and coordinate mechanical maintenance activities as needed in the plant.
2. Ensure the safety of both people and machines during mechanical jobs/tasks.
3. Ensuring development and knowledge enhancement of Mechanical team by providing necessary trainings.
4. Creating Standard Operating Procedures for various mechanical equipment and maintenance tasks.
5. To manage the compliances of all Mechanical equipment s under the supervision of the HOD.
6. Conduct a review of Breakdown for root cause analysis and ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
7. Monitoring and reviewing the departments Preventive, Predictive and Break down maintenance activities.
8. Carrying out all ICMS (Indorama Computerised Maintenance System) related activities.
9. Carrying out all IMS (Integrated Management System) related activities.
10. To look after the contractors, work and its evaluation and also take care of their work measurement verification.
11. To look after the Inventory and Spare management of all plant equipment as per plant requirements.
