What they need
- Review mechanical design drawings, specifications, and technical documents before construction execution
- Supervise on-site installation of mechanical systems: HVAC, ducting, piping, plumbing, fire protection, pumps, and equipment
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, quality, and compliance with design requirements
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and requests for information (RFIs) from contractors
- Coordinate with architects, civil, electrical, and other engineering teams to resolve design conflicts and site issues
- Prepare progress reports, cost estimates, punch lists, and as-built documentation
- Ensure all works comply with the Philippine Mechanical Code, building regulations, and safety standards
- Resolve technical problems and provide engineering solutions during project execution
- Assist in the commissioning and turnover of completed mechanical systems
- Monitor materials, equipment, manpower, and project schedules to meet deadlines
