As a member of the Hydrogen Infrastructure team, you will support the design, development, testing, commissioning, and

continuous improvement of hydrogen infrastructure systems. Working alongside senior engineers and multidisciplinary

project teams, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative hydrogen refueling solutions including stationary,

transportable, and mobile fueling equipment.

The Mechanical Engineer will participate in all phases of product development, including design, analysis, technical

documentation, procurement support, testing, and field deployment activities.

What you'll do

Support the mechanical design and development of hydrogen fueling equipment and infrastructure systems.

Prepare and revise engineering drawings, 3D models, bills of materials, specifications, and technical documentation.

Perform selection and integration of mechanical components, piping systems, instrumentation, and process equipment for

systems operating up to 15,000psi.

Perform engineering calculations related to pressure systems, piping, fluid flow, thermodynamics, structural supports, and

equipment sizing.

Develop and maintain Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), and engineering

documentation packages.

Participate in system design reviews, hazard assessments (HAZOP), and risk analysis activities.

Conduct testing and validation activities for prototypes and production systems.

Investigate equipment and system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.

Collaborate with systems, electrical, controls, manufacturing, quality, and field service teams to ensure successful project

execution.

Provide technical support during equipment assembly, commissioning, and field operations.

Assist with technical report writing, engineering studies, and customer deliverables.

Support the development of engineering standards, design procedures, and best practices.

Contribute to maintaining Powertech's commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship.

Manage multidisciplinary project teams and execute small to large scale hydrogen system projects.

Manage fabrication resources to complete projects and inter-departmental requests in a timely manner.

Build and maintain vendor and supplier relationships.
