Key Responsibility Areas
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for mechanical system coordination & integration for building projects from design, tender preparation to project administration.
• Site inspection, coordination and attend meetings for building development, and/or mission critical projects.
• Liaise with clients, clients' consultants, contractors and authorities throughout a project timeline from concept to detailed design and construction administration till project completion.
• Supervise construction work, perform inspections and prepare associated reports.
• Execute instructions from authorized personnel of WSP in the capacity the project lead consultant.
• Participate in Testing & Commissioning of E&M systems, including pre‑commissioning, functional testing, system integration testing, and witnessing of tests.
• Identify site issues, defects, and non‑conformities, and report to the Team Leader / Project Engineer with clear technical recommendations.
• Prepare site inspection reports, T&C records, test summaries, and technical submissions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10 years of relevant engineering design experience and knowledge in Mechanical systems.
• Prior experience in engineering consulting work or project management for Data Center projects will be advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.
• Hold a Professional Mechanical Engineer license.
