Mechanical Engineer (Elevators)

Summary:

• Monday to Friday, office hours
• UP$3900-$5100
• Allowances: $75 Transport, $30Meal
• AWS+VB
• Redhill

Responsibilities:

• Review mechanical specifications, drawings, traffic analysis, design feasibility, and compliance with local codes and industry practices
• Review shop drawings and mechanical calculations, oversee installation methods and mock-up/lift checks, conduct installation audits, and support handover and defect inspections.
• Monitor mechanical component reliability, investigate recurring faults, assess suppliers and testing requirements, approve mechanical parts lists, and maintain spare-parts documentation
• Investigate issues such as noise, vibration, rusty ropes, and other mechanical faults, and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2-3 years of working experience in the related field will be preferred
