About the role

Lead or co-lead a team of technicians and general workers to upkeep quality service standards. Plan job scheduling to ensure timely delivery, coordinate with clients on job execution, and conduct assessments to address and resolve technical-related issues. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and maintain proper documentation for record keeping.

About you

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in project planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for assessments and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements in engineering projects
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and other relevant engineering tools
• Motivated, with ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in engineering practices is preferred
