Mechanical Engineer (Fresh Grard)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and check Request for Delivery Order from Sales.
• Conduct daily dimension analysis for all HHT trips.
• Perform Journey Management Planning and route survey.
• Assign vehicle and personnel (driver and truck man) for each trip.
• Request Maintenance the list of available units for dispatch.
• Send available units to Sales / Account Manager.
• Conduct Toolbox Meeting in the morning or before dispatch.
• Conduct Verification on Pre-Checklist Documents such as ORCR, Permits, trip documents, etc.
• Apply or request for Insurance Declaration as needed.
• Check and approve HIT Card.
• Application of Travel Permit as needed.
• Submit approved Travel Order/Vehicle Trip Ticket, HIT Card, and JMP to drivers.
• Monitor fleet and personnel dispatched (order based and engaged trip, and project transport).
• Sending of timely updates to clients.
• Daily monitoring of GPS.
• Prepare and submit Idling Report in a weekly basis.
• Coordinate administrative assistance such request for transient house, medical, safety and security requirements as needed.
• Preparation and submission of Notice of Incident as needed.
• Attending Incident Investigation meeting.
• Perform other functions may be assigned by the Operations Lead.
