Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of automated systems, packaging machinery, conveyors, and utilities in an FMCG setup.
• Proficiency in maintenance management systems and tools (CMMS, ERP).
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or TPM methodologies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
