Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor mechanical operations to ensure that machinery and equipment operate properly, safely, and efficiently.
• Coordinate and prepare documentation related to the procurement, installation, commissioning, and quality inspection of machinery and equipment in the factory.
• Ensure that mechanical activities and related documentation comply with GxP requirements and the company's quality management system.
• Maintain and update equipment operating procedures and related documentation.
• Provide training and guidance to relevant personnel on equipment operation and procedures.
• Monitor and verify the performance of subordinates and provide support in resolving engineering and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors or service providers to ensure smooth and effective engineering and maintenance operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, machinery, or maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, machinery installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in equipment procurement, installation, commissioning, and inspection is preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements and quality management systems is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, analytical, and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to supervise and provide guidance to technicians or subordinates.

HVAC Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control the maintenance and preventive maintenance of HVAC, Cleanroom, Air Conditioning, and related facility systems to ensure proper and reliable operation.
• Prepare, review, and update documents and work procedures related to HVAC systems in accordance with GxP, ISO 14001, engineering standards, and the company's quality management system.
• Support the design, installation, modification, and improvement of HVAC and ventilation systems for cleanroom and office areas within the factory.
• Improve the reliability, efficiency, and performance of machinery and equipment within the factory.
• Analyze root causes and troubleshoot problems related to HVAC and ventilation systems to prevent recurrence and minimize potential damage or operational impact.
• Provide technical guidance and develop the capabilities of technicians in HVAC-related operations.
• Supervise and provide guidance to subordinates to ensure work is performed correctly and safely.
• Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external contractors to ensure effective execution of HVAC and maintenance activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HVAC, ventilation, air conditioning, or facility engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, Cleanroom, Air Conditioning, and ventilation systems.
• Experience in preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, system improvement, and performance monitoring.
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP requirements, cleanroom standards, and ISO 14001 is an advantage.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in HVAC and ventilation systems.
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal departments and external contractors.
• Able to supervise technicians and provide technical guidance.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
