Mechanical Engineer II - PV Engineer

What you will do

The Product/Contract Engineer is responsible for mechanical and electrical engineering analysis, detailed design and development of special requirements, as well as selection of air- and water-cooled chillers components and systems, including providing support to the production, laboratory, service, applications, and marketing teams.

How you will do it

• Investigates and analyses product design proposals and able to conceptualize and implement design ideas into the product.
• Proficient at preparing, checking, and coordinating the release of documentation to support designs.
• Responsible for technical direction to application engineers, designers, factory operations, product marketing, and product technical service.
• Proficient at selecting the most suitable electrical and mechanical components.
• Uses standard and sophisticated technical and mathematical principles, theories, concepts, techniques, processes, and standard methodologies in field.
• Responsible for engineering drawings including electrical schematics, bill of materials.
• Responsible for engineering drawings including electrical schematics, bill of materials.
• Experience with mechanical systems and material resource planning (MRP) software also a plus.
• Adheres to the Company’s Code of Conduct and Business Ethics standards. Implementing prevention risks tools such as DFMEA.
• Creates specifications, requirements, and criteria for concepts, performance, and production.
• Designs and develops devices in accordance with the various phases of a program schedule.
• Develops, maintains, and releases engineering drawings, system designs, or engineering documentation.
• Provides manufacturing support ensuring products are built according to customer requirements and product specifications.
• Abide by the company's ethics policy, company system, policy and process, and comply with the quality requirements related to the position.
• Complete the task temporarily assigned by the superior.

What we look for

• Education: BE, BTech or above in mechanical/Electrical engineer and other related majors.
• Work experience: more than 4 years of experience in the Chiller Team/ HVAC Team
• SAP operational knowledge.
