What You'll Be Doing

• Support mechanical maintenance and reliability improvement projects across cement plant operations.
• Analyze equipment performance data and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, uptime, and safety.
• Collaborate with engineers and plant teams to troubleshoot mechanical systems and resolve operational challenges.
• Assist with project planning, equipment inspections, and development of maintenance documentation. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance plant performance and sustainability.

What Are We Looking For

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze technical problems and develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and aptitude for learning engineering and maintenance systems. Commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality work in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

• Hands-on experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
• Exposure to plant operations, maintenance activities, and engineering projects.
• Frequent interaction with production, maintenance, and engineering professionals.
• Combination of office-based work and time spent in operational areas of the plant. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
