Mechanical Engineer Intern

We are looking for motivated final-year Mechanical Engineering students who are interested in mechanical design, CAD modelling, and product development. The selected interns will gain practical exposure to 2D drafting, 3D modelling, assembly design, and engineering documentation using industry-relevant CAD software.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify 2D engineering drawings and 3D CAD models.
• Perform part modelling, assembly modelling, and sheet metal design.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings with dimensions and tolerances.
• Convert 2D drawings into 3D models and generate drawings from existing CAD models.
• Assist with CAD data conversion between different software platforms.
• Support reverse engineering and remastering of existing CAD models.
• Understand engineering drawings and basic manufacturing processes.
• Complete assigned design projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Maintain organized CAD files and technical documentation.
• Participate in technical reviews and incorporate feedback.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with at least one CAD software: Creo Parametric, AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor, or Siemens NX.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Basic knowledge of part modelling, assembly modelling, and drafting.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new tools and work on practical engineering assignments.

Eligibility Criteria

• Final-year B.E./B.Tech students OR Passout in Mechanical Engineering.
• Students who need an internship for academic requirements or final-year project exposure are welcome to apply.
• Candidates should be interested in mechanical design and CAD engineering.
• Freshers with academic projects or basic CAD knowledge may apply.
