What they need
Mechanical Engineer – Maintenance & Utilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute preventive and emergency maintenance for equipment and utility systems.
- Operate and monitor the efficiency of equipment such as: Air Compressors, Chillers (HVAC/Central Cooling Systems), Water Treatment Systems, and Fire & Water Pumps.
- Diagnose mechanical failures and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
- Follow up on the execution of periodic maintenance plans and minimize unplanned downtime.
- Manage spare parts requirements for utility systems in coordination with the Warehouse and Procurement departments.
- Apply Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and quality practices on-site.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years in factory maintenance and Utilities operations.
