Are you a creative mechanical engineer driven by complex, high-impact challenges? Join an interdisciplinary team where technical innovation meets real-world application. We build transformative technologies by combining advanced mechanical design, robotics, and industrial automation.

Why Join Us?

  • Human-Centric Culture: Work alongside collaborative, growth-minded engineers who value continuous learning, accountability, and mutual support.

For this position you must be currently authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor for this position.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead mechanical design, component packaging, mechanisms, and architectural concepts using SolidWorks.
  • Apply Design for Excellence (DFX) standards to optimize products for manufacturability, assembly, serviceability, and sustainability.
  • Develop 2D detailed drawings using Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T), perform tolerance stack-up analysis, and manage product lifecycle management (PLM) workflows.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, project managers, and cross-functional engineering teams to balance technical requirements, appearance, and budgetary constraints.
  • Drive rapid prototyping, sustaining engineering efforts, and major technical problem resolution across active client programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or a closely related field.
  • 2 1/2+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical product development and design.
  • High proficiency with SolidWorks CAD, 2D drawings, GD&T, and tolerance analysis.
  • Experience in sheet metal design, machining, weldments, and PLM systems.
  • Experience with industrial automation or robotics systems is highly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for local travel.

Benefits

  • Retirement: 401(k) with a 3 percent automatic company contribution.
  • Health Insurance: 80 percent employer-covered medical premiums, plus comprehensive dental and vision options.
