Mechanical Engineer ( Project Call Coordinator )

We are Hiring Project Call Coordinator for Ahmedabad.

The Project Call Coordinator will play a key role in inspection planning, call coordination, and project communication, ensuring seamless execution between clients, inspectors, and internal teams.

Qualifications & Experience - Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering Fresher or one year of experience in project coordination, inspection coordination, QA/QC support, or engineering services - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel (MIS, trackers, reporting) - Ability to manage multiple inspection activities in a dynamic environment

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily inspection calls for projects across multiple locations
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, and internal stakeholders for inspection planning
• Track inspection status and ensure timely execution
• Prepare and maintain MIS, trackers, and reports using MS Excel
• Support project documentation, inspection records, and compliance data
• Ensure effective communication for smooth project delivery
