Mechanical Engineer / Site Engineer (ACMV) / Tuas / 5 days / Immediate

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee ACMV installation works on site, including ducting, piping, and related equipment.
• Plan, prepare, and control material requisitions based on project specifications and work schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Supervise site operations and ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements.
• Work closely with main contractors, consultants, and other trades to facilitate coordination and smooth project progress.
• Track project schedules, manpower allocation, and site productivity to meet project targets.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and other technical documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and resolve technical issues on site while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Support testing and commissioning activities for ACMV systems.
• Prepare progress updates and maintain project-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant ACMV experience with strong hands-on site management experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of ACMV systems, including ducting, chilled water systems, and ventilation systems.
• Prior exposure to large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects is an advantage.
