Mechanical Engineer Supervisor (Batangas)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Quantify labor and material requirements, manage project timelines, and control maintenance or operational costs.
• Conduct toolbox talks, provide technical guidance, and ensure the team receives proper safety and operational training.
• Monitor team productivity, conduct performance reviews, and identify areas for skill development.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules to keep machinery and facility systems at peak efficiency.
• Diagnose equipment failures, analyze system characteristics to find root causes, and direct corrective actions or repairs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or other related course
• At least two (2) years of related work experience
• Knowledgeable in CAD, and Microsoft office
• License Mechanical Engineer
• Has problem solving skills, knows how to manage projects, has teamwork, people management, and ability to interact with all levels of management.
