Mechanical Engineer / Supervisor

Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor.

Good PC skills, especially MS Excel.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Decision-making skills.

Scope of Work:

• Supervision of manpower.

• Attend coordination meetings with client heads and decision makers.

• Create, submit, and present accomplishment reports for billing attachments.

• Monitoring of work progress.

• Evaluate suppliers for tools, equipment, consumables, safety equipment, and PPE.

• Coordinate with training providers for specific work to update worker competency.

• Conduct coordination meetings with employees and workers for alignment to set goals.

• Assist in formulation of company policies in safety and also general rules and guidelines.

• Conduct regular safety meetings with workers onsite.

• Prepare documents that pertain to safety ex: WAIR, HRAC, near miss reports etc.

• Conducting Audit and inspection of tools and equipment for maintenance purposes.

• Conducting survey and site inspection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php22,000.00 per month
