Mechanical Engineer/Electrical Engineer (Fresh Graduates Welcome)-Based in Johor

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and passionate Mechanical and Electrical Engineers to join a growing engineering team involved in automotive / vehicle product design, development, testing and implementation.

This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates who are looking to build hands-on engineering experience in the automotive industry. You will work closely with engineering and production teams on vehicle systems, product development, testing, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Mechanical Engineer

• Support the design and development of mechanical components and systems for automotive / vehicle applications.
• Create and modify 3D models, engineering drawings and designs using CAD software.
• Assist with prototype development, testing and validation of mechanical components.
• Analyse test results, troubleshoot issues and support design improvements and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and other teams to support project delivery and continuous improvement.

Electrical Engineer

• Support the development of vehicle electrical distribution systems, wiring and harnesses according to project specifications.
• Perform basic electrical system calculations, studies and troubleshooting, including short circuits and relay coordination.
• Prepare and review schematics, wiring diagrams, logic diagrams and electrical installation drawings.
• Support electrical equipment installation, testing and validation, including vehicle ECU-related systems.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to support project implementation and delivery.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of relevant engineering software such as CAD / AutoCAD / SolidWorks / CATIA is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Candidates with relevant automotive engineering experience will have an added advantage.
