Mechanical Engineering (Design) Intern

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing conceptual designs and detailed mechanical drawings for machines.
• Support machine assembly, hardware integration, testing and performance evaluation.
• Assist in preparing and updating engineering drawings, Bill of Materials (BOM), machine manuals and spare parts lists.
• Follow up on fabricated parts, standard components and supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with technicians, suppliers and internal departments on engineering-related matters.
• Support engineers in project coordination and timely project completion.
• Perform other engineering-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of mechanical design and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Willing to learn, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
